Mexican Quiche 115      ounces        Black Beans -- Rinse
& Drain *
- 1      cup           Cheese, swiss --4      ounces        Ripe Olives -- Chop
shredded& Drained *
- 2      cups          Cream -- light1/4  cup           Onion; Finely Chopped -- 1
- Cayenne pepperSm.
6      each          Bacon slices, cooked --1      each          Clove Garlic -- Finely
crumblChopped
5      each          Egg2      tablespoons   Vegetable Oil
1/4  teaspoon      Salt2      tablespoons   Lime Juice
4      each          Tostaco shells1/4  teaspoon      Salt
Put cheese into shells. Mix bacon with drained chilies1/4  teaspoon      Red Pepper -- Crushed
and put intoshells. Beat eggs, cream and salt. Pour1/4  teaspoon      Cumin -- Ground
into shells. Sprinkle cayenne over top. Bake at 3501/8  teaspoon      Pepper
degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool 5 minutes.8      ounces        Cream Cheese;

Heat tortilla and place in small greased dish. Top withMix all ingredients except cream cheese, eggs, and
