Nigerian Fried Rice

Just like in the case of the Nigerian Jollof rice, thereand boil for 30 minutes and set aside the meat . Dice

Carrotsbrown and set aside. Pour some more water into the
¼ of a kilogram Livermeat stock if you feel the meat stock may not be
¼ of a kilogram Kidneyenough to cook the rice, add enough salt and
Sweet cornseasoning and bring to boil and pour in the rice and let
Saltit cook for 30 minutes. When the rice is almost done
Vegetable oilpour in the fried shrimp, crayfish, periwinkle, carrots,
Seasoning (knorr, black pepper, curry, thyme andonion, green peas, kidney, liver and sweet corn and
white pepper)stir them into the rice. Don't add too much water so
Waterthat by the time the rice is done, it does not stick
Method:together. Test the rice to ensure it is properly
Put the kidney, liver, shrimp(peeled), crayfish,cooked and serve it with either the fried beef,
periwinkle, beef, mutton, chicken or pork in a potmutton, chicken pork or fish or as you desire.
