Soren's Restaurant Dilled Potatoes and Sour Cream

Notes: This is an wonderful potato dish you can put together at the last minute. This recipe is from the now out of print "Best of Colorados Gourmet Gold".
Ingredients: 4 potatoes, diced 1 lb. sour cream 2 Tbsp. dill 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper
Preparation: Boil potatoes until tender. Drain potatoes. Combine sour cream, dill, salt, and pepper. Add to cooked potatoes and chill. |
