Colonel Sanders Pecan Pie

Notes:
This recipe came from a booklet Colonel Sanders put out in 1964. The wording is extremely choppy, but these are the Colonel's recipes. He did not include his Chicken Recipe in this booklet.

Ingredients:
4 eggs, slightly, beaten
1 C. light Karo Syrup
1/3 C. sugar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
4 Tbsp. Butter
2 tsp. Vanilla
pinch of Salt
2/3 C. pecans

Preparation:
Place pecans in an unbaked pie shell, and mix all other ingredients together, and pour into pie shell. Bake 35 minutes in a 325 - 350 degree oven.
